If you haven't been to the Axelrod Performing Arts Center, it's one of Monmouth County's great venues and only a few years old so sometimes unknown by local audiences.  The MSO does a wonderful job supporting and sponsoring NJ's emerging professional classical student musicians with their Young Artist Concerto Competition.  Helping students bridge the experience gap between the classroom and the opportunity to perform on a professional stage in front of professionals.  This is well worth supporting and attending for numerous reasons the top one being great music!
