If anyone is interested in a fantastic summer program, I would highly reccomend going to Interlochen Arts Camp, in Intetlochen, Michigan. It is a performing arts high school during the year and the summer program brings together world class faculty and guest artists, to help foster a dedication and motivation found no where else. During the summer, teens and younger students are able to take master classes from pianists such as Olga Kern and Jon Nakamatsu (both Van Cliburn winners), or Sumi Jo (who performed with the student symphony orchestra). Students come from around the world to learn and fully engulf themselves in a summer to "Promote the Dedication of World Friendship Through the Universal Language of the Arts", which is Interlochen's slogan.
