Shake up those hot summer nights with a new play by the author of last season’s runaway hit Women Who Steal. Evie's Waltz is a dark comedy about a serious subject, young people who feel alienated within society and their own family. We meet a typical nuclear family -- husband, wife barbequing, entertaining their son's girlfriend, but all the while, they are unaware of what is going on with their son and pressures start to mount as things are revealed by his "partner in crime.”
The show will run through July 26th, with regular performances on Thursdays and Fridays at 8PM, Saturdays at 3PM & 8PM, Sundays at 2PM & selectively at 7PM. The venue is the New Jersey Repertory Company in Long Branch.
Tickets are $40, or $35 for seniors 65 and older and full-time students.
