A MESSAGE FROM MONMOUTH ARTS
These are challenging times for everyone – including arts organizations, creative businesses, arts educators, nonprofits, and artists. Like so many of you, the Monmouth Arts staff is working remotely, but we remain committed to being the leading arts organization in Monmouth County and will continue to serve the community during this unprecedented time.
Monmouth Arts is recognized as the County’s primary “Arts Responder.” An Arts Responder is an organization that prepares for and responds to the needs of the arts community in emergency situations by providing essential services to artists, arts organizations, and arts-related businesses, including information gathering and dissemination, financial assistance, and advocacy. During times of crisis, Monmouth Arts’ job is to connect the arts community to vital information, resources, and emergency funding.
We have created a thorough list of online resources, including funding assistance, emergency information, and general information for artists, arts organizations, nonprofits, and educators. We’ve also created resources for parents and children with a host of virtual experiences and art activities to enjoy. Additionally, we’ve created a survey for our members to determine how to serve you best and receive information on any virtual events, services, or programs you are planning. If you wouldn't mind, please take a moment to complete this survey by clicking one of the links below.
It goes without saying, through good times and in bad, Monmouth Arts is here for you. We will all get through this together.
Thank you for your support and friendship. Stay healthy and stay safe.
