We invite you to join Renee Dorski of JUS organic and Michelle Sciria of Freedom Pottery for a special Artful Experience: Soup & Bowl for the Soul. Renee will teach us how to eat for the season with a soup that is good for your soul. Creating a bowl of soup using seasonal fresh vegetables can lead to  lean eating that tastes good and looks great. This may include gluten free, vegan and plant based food that focuses on lowering inflammation and other health benefits that come with clean eating. Join us as we take a new approach to creating a warm dish. This experience will focus on color and prevention. Your eyes are the start of the digestion. So in the class you will learn how to make a beautiful dish. A dish is only complete with a beautiful bowl to enjoy it from. Michelle, a lifelong potter will teach you the art of pinch pots. Learn how to make your very own bowl from start to finish. All supplies will be included. Bowls once fired can be picked up at JUS organic in Atlantic Highlands.
