In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, that resulted in the postponement of our ArtSpace 105 micro-gallery exhibits, we invite the arts community to view work at our all-new Digital Gallery!

Michelle Locklear is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, but currently resides in Monmouth County New Jersey. While attending Baltimore City Community College, where she earned her Associates of Art degree in Graphic Design, she took some art classes. Her late father was a local artist in Baltimore. As a little girl she was always drawing and sketching, she didn’t really get into painting until 1999, which is when it became her passion. She is both a graphic/surface pattern designer and abstract contemporary artist. In 2014, she officially created her freelance art & design studio named Chelle’s Creations, LLC.
