Human Thread: The Art of Compassion and Courage
The Caroline Huber Wellness Center at Brookdale Community College in partnership with Monmouth Arts invites you for a special exhibition celebrating two of Brookdale’s guiding values: Compassion and Courage. These values shape the College’s poverty-informed practices—removing barriers, leading with love, and acting boldly to open doors for all learners.

The Sun, My Heart
Summer Deaver’s collection explores the unity of opposites through contemplative mark-making, oil painting and hand-burnished printmaking. Inspired by writings in Thích Nhất Hạnh’s The Sun My Heart, the series reflects the idea that light and darkness do not cancel each other out, but merge into wholeness.
On view: June 18th - July 30th
