Signs of Hope is a comprehensive youth arts program in collaboration with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County. The program includes visual and performing arts instruction, activities, and projects, with family events that celebrate the students' successes. A primary component of the program is the actual "Signs of Hope," where students are given the opportunity to design and create street signs with positive messages for their community. The program started in the spring of 2018 at the Boys & Girls Club's Asbury Park location, with generous support from the Mary Owen Borden Foundation. After the program’s initial success, additional funding from the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Provident Bank Foundation helped expand Signs of Hope to the Boys & Girls Club in Red Bank.
