Monmouth County Artists Selected and Recognized in 59th Annual New Jersey Senior Citizen Art Show

Join us in congratulating all the Monmouth County senior artists who advanced to the 2025 New Jersey Senior Art Show!
We’d like to congratulate all the senior artists in the Monmouth County area who participated in the 2025 Monmouth County Senior Art Show and advanced to the State Senior Art Show as first place winners.
The 59th Annual New Jersey Senior Citizen Art Show–a collaborative project of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and Mercer County’s Division of Culture & Heritage–opened on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Meadow Lakes Senior Living. The exhibition remained open to the public until November 6 and featured more than 300 works of art, and marked the culmination of local Senior Citizen Art Shows held throughout New Jersey this year. All featured works represented 20 of the State’s 21 counties.
The state exhibit included works by both professional and non-professional artists across 11 categories: acrylic, craft, digital art, mixed media, oil, pastel, photography, print, sculpture, watercolor, and works on paper. All artwork was evaluated by a panel of three professional artists – Anne Feinstein, Aylin Green, and Lauren Whearty. The judges selected First, Second, and Third Place winners, as well as Honorable Mentions in each category. One non-professional and one professional piece were awarded Best in Show.
Monmouth Arts is the official county coordinator for the Monmouth County Senior Art Show and is supported and presented by the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners and the Monmouth County Division on Aging, Disabilities & Veterans Services.
